About

I am passionate about leading from the “inside out” and work to create clarity in the vast world of human possibilities and potential. I do this through my work as a coach and trainer for individuals and organisations.

Having started my working life in a German financial institution in New Delhi, India I moved on to work for an international German IT company in the area of business process consultancy for 15 years. In this role I combined business knowledge with the experience of working with people in different organisations, roles, countries, cultures and languages. My next step was to work as a trainer for leadership and skill development in organisations working internationally.

My interest in coaching intensified when I started working for a global coaching company, which works with leaders all over the world. I saw and experienced first hand the great work which was being done and the impact it was having and have not looked back since.

I have lived and worked in Asia, Australia, Europe and North America and speak fluent English, German and Hindi. I was born and raised in India, did my Bachelors in Commerce from Delhi University and my Masters in Business Administration (M.B.A.) from Sydney, Australia. I currently live with my 4 children near Munich, Germany.

I am an Associate Certified Coach (ACC), member of the International Coach Federation (ICF) and a Certified Professional Co-Active Coach (CPCC).
