International Leadership Development

The employees in your organization today will be your leaders tomorrow. Leadership training should be offered to all the employees in your organization and not just to a selected few. The participants are encourgaged to first take a hard look at themselves to increase their understanding of how they lead, motivate and inspire others and what is the impact they want to have in their world.

Global Virtual Teams

Virtual teams involve a further level of complexity where you may never meet the person but would be working intensively with them. How do you establish trust, communicate effectively and resolve conflicts when working virtually are some of the topics we look at closely and put them in practice in these training.

Communicating Across Cultures

How do people in different cultures communicate with each other? What are some of the verbal and non-verbal communication patterns, which show up and cause misunderstanding? What is your communication style? These are some of the questions, which will get answered in this training. Skills of active listening, non-verbal communication will be explored and a safe space will be provided to practice the learned skills with other participants.
